  1. An item that you receive that is not as required can be returned with in 14 days for a refund of the cost of the item. We regret that we cannot refund the post and packing charge.
  2. Any item that you receive that has a manufacturing fault, We will give a full refund or replacement.
  3. In stock items will normally be dispatched within 36 hours of you order being placed. Orders placed during the weekend will be treated as being placed on the Monday. Orders placed on Friday will be treated as placed over the weekend.. We Will send an email to tell you the order has been dispatched.
  4. You will be notified if an item is Out Of Stock.
  5. Out of stock items, we will attempt to dispatch them within 2 weeks, if we are unable to meet this target you will be e-mailed and notified of any delay. You may at this time cancel the order if the delay is unacceptable and a full Refund will be given.
  6. Payment is made to PayPal if for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will make a refund to your account via PayPal. We use PayPal for security to our customers and ourselves.
  7. Post and packing charges are shown at Check Out, for Customers World Wide Please Email for Up To Date Postal Charges.
  8. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
